While playing the CampaGameTopic Mode in Remnant 2, you’ll embark on an epic journey through four different worlds before reaching the Root Earth area. Labyrinth is the only world guaranteed to be in second place, but the other three worlds are as unpredictable as a game of “rock, paper, scissors” with fate. They’re procedurally generated, so it’s all about luck, my friend.
One of these random areas is N’Erud, a battered spaceship teetering on the edge of destruction. If you spawn in the Seeker’s Rest area upon entering this planet, brace yourself for a clash with the Astropath boss. Defeating this formidable foe is crucial in order to obtain the Seeker’s Keys, which are essential for opening the main door.
How To Start The Astropath Battle
To engage in a battle of cosmic proportions with the Astropath boss, make your way to the Astropath’s Respite area. Brace yourself, my friend, as this fight will likely be the ultimate showdown for the Seeker’s Key. You’ll recognize the boss room by a massive circular glass on the floor, radiating an enigmatic purple glow. However, the battle won’t commence as soon as you enter.
You must first locate another chamber within the boss room, which leads to an elevator. Ascend using this mechanical wonder and follow the path ahead. Eventually, you’ll stumble upon a room filled with intriguing dialogue and a shiny new Amulet. In this very room, you’ll find a chair accompanied by a nearby tube. Prepare yourself for a fantastic fight! Besides the Astropath’s menacing slashing attacks, it also conjures dazzling orange orbs at the start of the battle. Blink, and they vanish, swiftly followed by a barrage of projectiles determined to paint your virtual body with virtual bruises. Dodge these relentless projectiles by dashing at the precise moment, for they possess an uncanny ability to auto-lock and alter their course according to your position.

When you manage to chip away approximately 75 percent of the boss’ health, it dives through the glass floor, birthing a colossal orb at the heart of the battlefield. This sparkling sphere becomes your primary target, as damaging it weakens the boss. But beware, my friend, for the orb’s attacks pack a mighty punch. Observe its actions closely:
- Brace yourself when a towering circular wave emerges suddenly, expanding rapidly. Your survival depends on your lightning-fast reflexes, so dodge with precision, my nimble gamer.
- Another common occurrence is the boss unleashing triangular lasers that elegantly pirouette across the field for a few heart-pounding seconds. These lasers change color after they cease their mesmerizing dance, unleashing destruction upon impact. Make your choice swiftly, either dance with the lasers or stand in a laser-free space and savor your survival.
As the boss’ health dwindles to approximately 50 percent, it retreats through the glass once more, summoning an army of smaller skeletons to keep you occupied while it regroups. Vanquish these mini adversaries to replenish your ammunition, all while keeping an eye on the boss’s return. Brace yourself, dear gamer, as its attacks become enhanced by glowing yellow orbs.
These orbs zoom towards you, exploding upon impact with a gravity-defying bang. In this battle, their explosive force reigns supreme, inflicting the most substantial damage. Stay nimble, dodge and weave through the chaos, and deal your own assault until victory is yours. Once you’ve emerged triumphant, a new path will reveal itself, leading you to the glorious Seeker’s Key.
